1. FEATURES AND APPLICABILITY

T-150 High-pressure circular drill rig is a new type of down-the-hole drilling machine following up the up to date technology abroad, and developed on the base of actual operation environment and field condition of underground mines. It is mainly used for large diameter and long hole boring with rotation angle of 3600in engineering such as under ground mine, tunnel, water dam, etc. It adopts percussion down-the-hole, all-wheel driven carrier, hydraulic long distance control and featured in compact in dimension, high working efficiency, low energy consumption, high applicability, and easy maintenance, etc. It is ideal equipment for large diameter and long hole boring in high stopping mining.

3. MAIN PERFORMANCE

a) The compressed air pressure in operation is designed as 1.7Mpa to enhance production capacity and working efficiency and to lower production cost. The impactor is close to the rear of button bit, so the drilling speed would not change with hole length.

b) The long distance control syste is located in a safe and convenient place. Hole drilling is monitored and controlled in the operation penal.
